Media Masters Supports the Community
Interfaith Ministries' Meals on Wheels for Greater Houston program provides nutritional support to help seniors stay independant and in their own homes. Meals on Wheels assists more than 5,000 seniors in greater Houston. Each year Client Services staff return to visit each senior who is receiving Meals on Wheels for an annual reassessment. This helps Meals on Wheels keep in touch with seniors' needs and conditions in order to be able to make sure they can be referred to all appropriate services.
